It happens most of the times with each one of us that in-spite of being aware about the benefits of certain things ,we kind of fail or struggle to make those beneficial things part of our Life because of the very first reason that it’s easy to incline towards something you love VS something you are forced at.Although we keep longing for such things but take Less/no action to make them part of our Life .While there is nothing wrong in discarding anything that leaves you uninterested but ever imagined how happy and prosperous life could be if we also allow certain things to be part of our Life just by evaluating the long-term impact and benefits they can bless us with .
A classic example is of Green Tea consumption ,despite of knowing so many health benefits about this magical beverage not many of us look forward to even give it a shot.
All of us are well aware of the fact that little changes in our day to day life like physical exercises ,healthy food and Beverages goes a long way in keeping ones Mind and Body healthy yet most of us find it difficult to make some space for these changes in our lives on a permanent basis.
Isn’t easy to highlight,discuss and Broaden our Knowledge with respect to including Healthy habits ,Lifestyle change ,Green Tea consumption in our Lives and surprisingly difficult to give these basic pointers a permanent place in our Lives on Daily basis?

So what sets the category of people who consume Green Tea on daily basis apart from the ones who find it difficult to consume ??Well if you think regular drinkers of Green Tea consume it because they love the taste then let me tell you more than 20% of people drinking it on daily basis are the ones who hated green tea once and the love for Green Tea has evolved with time thus forming a Habit!

How to fall in Love with the things that don’t attract you enough ?
A Simple 5 Letter word “HABIT” is powerful enough to make all the difference in ones Life.
I remember being advised by my doctor (post delivery) to consume 1-2 glasses of milk on daily basis to compensate for the calcium deficiency and weakness .Drinking Milk was something I truly hated for years and it was one of those things which I always thought is quite impossible and would never do for sure unless i was forced to do under the circumstances.Amazingly it’s been 2 years and I am so addicted to the glass of milk before bed that I find it extremely difficult to sleep unless I consume the hot milk.I did not realized how drinking milk became my habit but one thing is for sure that my Love for Milk has evolved with time because it became a part of my night time routine thus forming a habit hence the addiction for it.
A very Similar sort of experience I have with consumption of Green Tea as well.If you remember Reading my previous posts Manifestation & Sipping Green Tea how i started my Green Tea Journey under Forced circumstances.It eventually turned into a Habit thus making me fall in Love with the Benefits and Taste of Green Tea.
A Habit is not formed in a day or 2 rather it’ a complete process which evolves with time and eventually the bond gets stronger to the extent that you find it extremely difficult to survive without it.The only place where you need to get started is forming a habit.

How to Form a Habit:
Studies suggests that it takes consistent 21 days of Action to form any Habit.
1.Set Reminders -Its important to set Reminders so that you don’t end up in skipping the habit.Its very easy in the initial days to loose motivation and end up in skipping the habit.You can set up Reminders in Mobile or even Alarm for that sake.
I remember setting up alarms for many things like Exercises ,Medicines so that i am constantly reminded to perform an action.I would also suggest downloading “LOOP-Habit Tracker “Application from Play store to track the progress of your Habit.Its one of the amazing apps to get started.

2.Planning & Creating a Routine-Taking specified action at the same time goes a long way tricking your mind and getting yourself prepared mentally about your Habit.The perks of creating a routine is you end up completing your desired habit on time while saving ample amount of time for the rest of the day thus feeling satisfied and motivated for the next day.
3.Motivation –Its Essential to find your Motivation so that you keep looking forward towards your Habit each single day, without Fail. The Best Motivation is to Imagine the end result you are going to get out of your Habit .
I remember it was so difficult for me ,post delivery, to find motivation for performing Belly Reduction Exercises on daily basis and to keep myself motivated i purchased a nice dress and targeted to fit into it and this was the only thing which helped me to do my exercises on daily basis.
Imagine ! Dream ! Create!
Isn’t easy to fall in Love with anything in this world by evaluating/admiring the benefits it can bestow us with ,sticking to it consistently,Constantly reminding ourself of the purpose and Finally Falling in Love with the entire process thus Forming a Habit 🙂

Basically the problem is we don’t want to come out from the comfort zone hence repeating the same process. We know the benefits of following certain things even I also tried many times but didn’t make out things properly. After your post, I’m taking this really seriously.
